Class N permitted development for change of use
Class N is specified sui generis uses to be converted to dwellinghouses, so for example allows for the conversion of up to 150sq.m of an amusement arcades or casinos to homes. The Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 refers to Class N as permitted development and N1 development not permitted, along with conditions (N2).
